my Art Academy
For me, learning and teaching are inseparable.
I have always been fascinated by how the great Bauhaus masters – Johannes Itten, Wassily Kandinsky, Josef Albers – taught young students to see, to feel, and to think artistically.
These artists were also researchers: they did not paint solely by intuition but sought to uncover the underlying principles of visual creation. Josef Albers became famous for his book Interaction of Color, while Kandinsky wrote the classics Point and Line to Plane and Concerning the Spiritual in Art.
This high example has guided my own teaching from the very beginning – a practice that has since gained international recognition. I have taught several times at the Penn Art School in Pennsylvania and twice contributed as a team member to the renowned Art2Life online program.
My teaching career began back in 2004. In 2019, I launched my Masterclass in Painting, inspired by Itten’s Bauhaus Foundation Course, teaching the fundamentals of visual composition: structure, value, color harmony, and the development of a personal artistic voice.
Today, all of my educational offerings are gathered under the label my Art Academy, which includes:
- Live Workshops
- Online Workshops
- The Art Subscription
- The Masterclass
