Abstracted

Nature inspires me through its forms, colors, and textures. The artistic act translates these impressions into the language of painting. From the material of color and the use of tools, layers and contrasts evolve into an image. Many of my works refer to forms and experiences of nature. In this way, the landscape becomes a window into the imagination. What guides me is a sensitivity to abstract patterns that captivate my attention and lead me beyond the realm of the visible form.
